In 1975, Mr Warren Myers, a materials engineer, and Mr Bruce Foote, a design specialist, saw a great need in the building industry for qualified engineering, architectural, and design experts to develop a quality midsize building project at an affordable price.

Many projects that had been excellent in terms of need and vision fell short of funds adequate to support their development. Due to high overhead and unreasonable profit margins from a bloated building industry, these projects were never able to get off the ground.

We at CEG, recognizing this problem, formulated a plan that emphasizes quality workmanship, low cost, structural excellence, and customer service which has set the standard for the industry. Due to our efforts, many projects that would not otherwise have seen completion are not only completed, but are models of excellent craftsmanship at a fraction of current engineering costs.
