Remodeling
Remodeling a home can be a difficult experience. We at CEG feel that it should be a rewarding one as you see your needs met according to your plans. Many historic buildings are governed by local ordinances that limit the manner or extent of changes to the original structure.
One such building was the Wilhelm House in Santa Monica CA, which CEG remodeled in 1982. While over 150 years old, there were many aspects of the structure that the owners wished to preserve while meeting their personal family needs. Our staff fully complied with the local ordinances while satisfying the owner's wishes. This project was completed well ahead of schedule.
