To everyone who helped make our wedding such an awesome memory for us!
For those kind enough to think of us and offer gifts, we deeply appreciate them all – hopefully we’ve gotten thank you cards for each of you on their ways
But to everyone who came and helped make our day special, we really loved seeing you all, and look forward to seeing you again in the future!
The 19th is a bit of a blur – but we knew it would be. That’s why we have pictures and video of the event
For our honeymoon we went to Williamsburg VA: Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Virgina Beach. It was hot. the “cool” day was Friday – it only got to 93 degrees!
I’ll let Christina speak more about our trip, but it was fun.
I love you, Mrs Myers!
Friday we got our marriage license. And I have a KY driver license. All we need now is for Saturday to happen.
My parents have arrived safely today along with one of my sister’s friends. She got here on Saturday.
..are all we have left. Tuxedos ordered? Check. Dresses obtained? Check. Boutonnieres? Yep. Bridal bouquet? Aya. Marriage license? Well.. almost: we’re doing that Friday
… four weeks to be exact
We’re excited and wishing the 19th would get here faster.
We know that this is a very busy and stressful time of year for most families and that the RSVP date was set about a month prior to the wedding so you may be unsure about you ability to attend. Therefore, we will accept RSVPs for the reception up to 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
We are really looking forward to our wedding and hope to share it with everyone we love and care about!!!!! Can’t wait to see you there
We are putting together a song list to send to the DJ….if there is something that you would like to hear let us know and we will put it on the list
There will also be a craft table at the reception for kids age 2-99. If there is a particular craft that your children enjoy, let us know and we will try to have it available!
We’re under eight weeks! Woot!
Saturday we went down to Dollywood in Gatlinburg TN for my first visit to an amusement park since.. well.. since I was about 5 (I think). And Christina got me on each roller coaster they have (the first time I’d been on any in 20 years). I am still not a fan of coasters (they make me dizzy – and the first one (Thunderhead I think) has no over-the-shoulder restraints: definitely not cool feeling like you’re going to be launched out of the seat!
All the planning is effectively done. We’re down to details now – I and the groomsmen need to get tuxedos, final music lists to the musicians and the DJ, etc.
